OSSI's Network Maintenance and Support Plans OSSI has network maintenance and support plans that meet a variety of needs and budgets, from a Basic Remote Plan at $599 (change to $599) a month to a Premium Plus Onsite and Remote Plan (they are remote plans with workstation monitoring and reduced On-site) at $2,699 a month. The availability as an OSSI Premium client to have a direct dial support number.
All plans cover the following:
- Preventative maintenance
- Error log check
- System check
- Software updates, service packs, and fixes
- Verification of backups, SQL backups, and mail system backups
- Available space and system usage analysis

OSSI offers a web-based support system for our clients that have support plans. This allows our clients to enter service requests directly into our internal system, search our knowledge base for solutions, and check on the status of existing service requests, all over the internet! This is a free service.
