Network Audits

When choosing a network maintenance and support plan, consider your answers to the following questions:

How to Request Network Service

For emergency or after hours assistance, please follow the directions presented by our voice system. A system engineer will be paged immediately, and will return your call.

Please note that after hours support is a billable service. After hours is defined as weekends, holidays, and anytime between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. EST.

Web-Based Support
OSSI offers a web-based support system for our clients that have support plans. This allows our clients to enter service requests directly into our internal system, search our knowledge base for solutions, and check on the status of existing service requests, all over the internet! This is a free service.
